LAN QUALIFIERS

VBG VALORANT 2026 features LAN Qualifiers as the main on-site qualification route into the Grand Finals on 20–21 September 2026 at Virtuocity Arena. Lock in your agents, coordinate with your team, and prove your dominance on the competitive stage.

COMPETITION FORMAT

  • Game: VALORANT · Platform: PC
  • Game Mode: 5v5 Competitive
  • Stage: LAN Qualifiers
  • Location: PC (BYOP) at Virtuocity Arena
  • Tournament Format: Single / Double Elimination as published per stage

MATCH FORMAT

  • Qualifiers: Best of 1 (unless otherwise announced)
  • Quarterfinals: Best of 3 Double Elimination onwards
  • Semifinals: Best of 3 · Third Place: Best of 3 · Grand Final: Best of 5
  • Grand Finals: September 20–21, 2026
  • Check-In: 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM · Game Start: 3:00 PM
  • Standard Competitive 5v5 · Current Competitive Map Pool · Overtime Enabled

Map vetoes conducted by Tournament Administration before each match according to stage format. Match schedules, check-in times, and lobby times are flexible and may be modified by Tournament Administration.

Map Selection

  • Best of 1: Coin toss / higher seed determines first ban; teams alternate banning; remaining map is played
  • Best of 3: Teams ban one map each, pick Maps 1–2; remaining map becomes Map 3
  • Best of 5: Teams alternate banning until five maps remain; played in official order
PROCEDURAL RULES
  • Players must compete using their own Riot Account registered for the tournament — account sharing is strictly prohibited
  • Players must be at least 16 years of age, or meet any higher minimum required by local law
  • Only players listed on the approved roster may compete; roster substitutions only before roster lock with approval
  • Each team may only represent one organization and one roster during the tournament
  • Players must complete tournament check-in before the published deadline
  • Only Tournament Administration may create official custom lobbies unless otherwise instructed
  • Lobby information, passwords, and tournament codes are confidential
  • Players may only use Riot-approved peripherals, software, and hardware
  • Pauses may only be used for legitimate technical issues or emergencies
  • Coaching during live rounds is prohibited unless specifically permitted
CODE OF CONDUCT & COMPETITIVE INTEGRITY
All players, coaches, managers, staff members, creators, spectators, and invited guests are expected to conduct themselves professionally throughout the tournament. Respect toward opponents, officials, production staff, sponsors, and spectators is expected at all times.
Strictly Prohibited

Cheating through software, hardware, scripts, macros, automation, or unauthorized third-party applications

Use of wallhacks, aimbots, triggerbots, recoil scripts, ESP, or any unauthorized gameplay modification

Account sharing, impersonation, or competing using another player's Riot Account

Match fixing, collusion, intentionally losing rounds, or manipulating tournament results

Ghosting, stream sniping, or receiving outside assistance during official matches

Exploiting bugs, unintended mechanics, or map exploits

Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, doxxing, or sexual harassment

Any illegal activity under the laws of the State of Qatar

Disciplinary Action

Tournament Administration may issue verbal or written warnings, round penalties, map losses, match forfeiture, stage or tournament disqualification, prize forfeiture, or suspension from future VBG events. All Tournament Administration decisions are final.

Technical Issues
Players are responsible for stable internet, functional PC and peripherals, updated VALORANT client, and Riot Vanguard functioning correctly. Individual PC crashes or internet interruptions do not automatically warrant a remake. Technical issues must be reported immediately to Tournament Administration.
Organizer Rights
Tournament Administration reserves the right to interpret and enforce all tournament rules, modify schedules and procedures, update match formats or map pools, investigate players and teams, and suspend, postpone, or cancel matches due to technical, legal, broadcast, venue, or force majeure circumstances.
