All check-in times, match start times, and schedule windows are subject to change by the Tournament Organizer. The latest timing published on the tournament page, official Discord, or official admin communication channels will always be considered the final and official schedule.
Match Format & Scoring

All matches will use the official VBG Fortnite scoring system for the relevant stage. The scoring table for each stage will be published by the Organizer before that stage begins.
Tiebreakers
- ✓1. Most Victory Royales
- ✓2. Highest total eliminations
- ✓3. Best average placement across matches in that stage
- ✓4. Best placement in the final counted match
- ✓5. Organizer decision if further resolution is required
Eligibility
- ✓Valid Fortnite / Epic Games account in good standing
- ✓Minimum age requirement of 13 years old, or older if local law requires
- ✓Correct registration on the tournament platform
- ✓Compliance with all tournament rules, Fortnite rules, and admin instructions
Registration & Roster
- ✓Players may only compete on the roster they registered with
- ✓Only approved players listed on the duo roster may play
- ✓No unapproved substitute, replacement, or stand-in without admin approval
- ✓Roster changes must be approved before the roster lock deadline where applicable
- ✓Use of an unapproved player may result in match forfeiture, stage disqualification, full tournament disqualification, or prize forfeiture
Check-In
- ✓All players and teams must complete check-in during the official check-in window
- ✓Failure to check in on time may result in removal from the lobby, match loss, replacement by a standby team, or disqualification
- ✓Check-in times are flexible and may be updated at any time by the Organizer
Lobby Procedures
- ✓All players must be online and reachable before the scheduled start time
- ✓Players must join the correct custom lobby using information provided by tournament admins
- ✓Lobby keys, custom match codes, and private lobby information are confidential and may not be shared
- ✓The Organizer may restart or delay a lobby if a material operational issue affects competitive fairness
Strictly Prohibited — Competitive Integrity
Cheating, hacking, scripting, botting, or use of unauthorized software
Macros or tools that automate gameplay or provide unfair advantage
Account sharing or playing on another player's account
Impersonation or false registration information
Collusion, match fixing, or teaming where not permitted
Intentionally feeding eliminations, items, or placements
Ghosting, stream sniping, or receiving outside assistance during matches
Abuse of bugs, glitches, or unintended game exploits
Misleading admins or falsifying evidence during an investigation
Strictly Prohibited — Conduct
Harassment, bullying, intimidation, or threats
Hate speech, slurs, discriminatory language, or targeted abuse
Sexual harassment or inappropriate sexual remarks
Doxxing or sharing private information without consent
Repeated toxicity toward players, admins, broadcast talent, staff, or sponsors
Public cheating accusations without evidence submitted through official channels
Fraud, phishing, social engineering, or scamming
Abusive conduct in-game, in Discord, on social media, or at LAN venues connected to the event

Serious offenses such as cheating, account sharing, collusion, harassment, impersonation, or refusal to cooperate with an investigation may result in immediate disqualification.
Technical Issues / Disconnects
The Organizer may restart or remake a match for major operational issues such as incorrect lobby setup, wrong server region, organizer-side technical failure, or severe lobby-wide issues. Individual disconnects, crashes, or internet problems do not automatically entitle a remake unless the Organizer determines exceptional circumstances apply. Players may be asked to provide screenshots, clips, VODs, or additional evidence when reporting a technical issue.
