All matches will be played using the latest live version of EA SPORTS FC™ 26 on official tournament hardware using Organizer-approved match settings. Tournament Administration reserves the right to modify the bracket, schedule, or match format where necessary for competitive integrity or operational reasons.
MATCH RULES
All matches will use the official VBG EA SPORTS FC 26 Ruleset. Unless otherwise announced, tournament settings include:

- ✓Difficulty: Legendary
- ✓Injuries: Off

- ✓Camera: Tele-Broadcast (Unless players agree otherwise)
Players must use the team, squads, and match settings specified by Tournament Administration before the tournament begins. Tournament Administration reserves the right to update match settings following official EA gameplay updates or competitive balancing changes.
- ✓Players must satisfy the minimum age requirement established by the Organizer and any applicable local laws.
- ✓Only registered players may participate. Player substitutions are not permitted after bracket publication unless approved by Tournament Administration.
- ✓Players must complete tournament check-in before the published deadline.
- ✓Tournament schedules, check-in windows, and match times are subject to change. Players are responsible for monitoring official tournament announcements.
- ✓Players must report to their assigned station immediately when called.
- ✓Failure to report within the designated grace period may result in a match forfeit or tournament disqualification.
- ✓Only tournament-approved controllers and peripherals may be used.
- ✓Players are responsible for bringing their own controller if the tournament requires personal controllers.
- ✓Controller settings may be configured before each match. Players must not intentionally delay tournament operations.
- ✓Players may not modify console settings, install software, or interfere with tournament hardware.
- ✓Players must use only the teams, squads, formations, and settings approved by Tournament Administration.
- ✓Any attempt to exploit gameplay bugs, glitches, unintended mechanics, or software vulnerabilities is prohibited.
- ✓Players must immediately notify Tournament Administration of any technical issue before continuing play.
- ✓Intentional match delays, excessive pauses, or unsportsmanlike time wasting are prohibited.
- ✓Players are responsible for ensuring their controller operates correctly before beginning each match.
- ✓Tournament Administration may request screenshots, match recordings, or other evidence during investigations.
- ✓Players must comply immediately with all instructions issued by referees and tournament officials.
- ✓Tournament Administration reserves the right to modify tournament procedures, schedules, and operational rules whenever necessary.
- ✓Violation of tournament rules may result in warnings, game forfeits, match losses, disqualification, prize forfeiture, or suspension from future VBG events.
- ✓By participating, players acknowledge and agree to these Tournament Rules, the EA User Agreement, EA Rules of Conduct, and EA SPORTS FC Community Tournament Guidelines.
Strictly Prohibited Actions
Using cheats, automation tools, macros, scripting software, hardware modifications, or any unauthorized third-party applications.
Exploiting gameplay bugs, unintended mechanics, glitches, or software vulnerabilities.
Account sharing, impersonation, or competing using another player's EA or PlayStation account.
Match fixing, collusion, intentionally losing matches, or manipulating tournament results.
Harassing, threatening, bullying, intimidating, or abusing players, officials, staff, sponsors, or spectators.
Hate speech, discriminatory language, racism, sexism, religious discrimination, or targeted abuse.
Sexual harassment or inappropriate comments or gestures.
Doxxing or sharing another participant's personal information without consent.
Offensive player names, team names, logos, branding, or profile content that violates EA's policies.
Damaging tournament equipment, consoles, controllers, displays, networking equipment, or broadcast infrastructure.
Deliberately delaying matches or refusing to comply with Tournament Administration instructions.
Gambling, bribery, fraud, phishing, or attempting to improperly influence tournament officials.
Streaming or broadcasting official tournament matches without Organizer approval where broadcasting restrictions apply.
Violating the EA User Agreement, Positive Play Charter, or EA SPORTS FC Community Tournament Guidelines.
Any illegal activity under the laws of the State of Qatar.
Any conduct deemed unsportsmanlike, unethical, or detrimental to the integrity of the tournament.

Serious violations involving cheating, account sharing, collusion, harassment, fraud, or refusal to cooperate with an investigation may result in immediate disqualification. All Tournament Administration decisions are final.
